This BP gas station and 7-Eleven which was developed in 2007 is one of the highest revenue c-stores in New York City.  The location has over 350 feet of frontage on the westbound side of the Long Island Expressway at the Junction Boulevard Exit with direct visibility to over 200,000 vehicles per day.
